Winthrop Youth Football was founded in 1996 with the aim of providing young athletes in the Winthrop community with an opportunity to learn and play the game of football in a supportive and organized environment. The organization was established by a group of dedicated coaches, parents, and community members who recognized the importance of promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among the youth of Winthrop.
